What Same Page is
Same Page is for anyone who pulls a group of people together for something with a date on it — a shoot, a show, a wedding, a party, a job for a client. The kind of thing that usually ends up scattered across a group chat, three phone calls and somebody's notes app.
Every event has a leader and its members. The leader creates the event, decides who is actually in, and owns the parts that shouldn't be public to the group — the client's details and what each thing cost. Everyone else sees the event, their own tasks and the pool of work nobody has picked up yet.
It runs in any browser, installs to your phone's home screen as an app, and has a native mobile app — all talking to the same account, so it doesn't matter which one you pick up.
How it works
Three steps to get going.

Connect with people
Find the people you work with and send a connection request. Save the ones you call on often into a group — a sound crew, a kitchen team — so you can invite all of them at once later.

Create an event
Give it a date, a time and a location. If you're running it for a client, their name and contact stay on the event and stay visible to you alone.

Invite, confirm, assign
Invite your connections or share a link. People RSVP, you confirm who's actually in, and then you fill the task list — assigned to someone specific, or left open for whoever gets to it first.

RSVP that means something
An invite becomes a yes or a no, and a yes still has to be confirmed by whoever is running the event. You always know the difference between someone who's interested and someone who's in.
A shared task pool
Post a task to the whole event or hand it to one person. Anyone confirmed can pick up an open task by checking it off, and attach photos as proof it's done.
Costs stay with the leader
Put a cost on any task and see spending broken down by member, with a running total. Members see the work; only the event leader sees the money.
Your people, saved
Connections you've both agreed to, a directory to find new ones, and private groups you curate yourself for one-click bulk invites.
Invite links for anyone
Share a link with someone who isn't on Same Page yet. They sign up, land straight in the event and connect with you automatically. Links expire after seven days.
Notifications that reach you
Invites, confirmations, RSVPs and task assignments all land in your feed — and as a push notification on your phone, even with the app closed.
